Diamond Head at Gerroa is arguably the most prestigious home with 360 degree panoramic views of the ocean and Seven Mile Beach to offer to our guests. The beach is only a short stroll, however, if you want a lazy day in with the family, our home comes complete with a stunning infinity pool that makes you feel like you are swimming out to the sea. There’s nothing more relaxing than watching the ocean (and potentially some dolphins and whales swim past) whilst relaxing on the day bed situated next to the pool. Our home has four spacious bedrooms, three with king beds, and one with a queen bed, all complete with electronic blinds, making privacy an utter breeze. To top that off as well, two of our bedrooms have private ensuites – what more could you want!

On the main level of the home, you will find the large dining table, deck with stunning panoramic views and our main kitchen. If you feel like dining in, or cooking, our main kitchen comes with a 2 gas burner cooktop as well as 2 electric cooktops. We also have a large 90cm Miele Oven which is perfect for cooking large amounts of food at once. The downstairs kitchen also comes with a 60cm oven as well as a 4 burner gas cooktop, making the overdue family catchup and dinner or lunch a breeze in our home!

Downstairs you will find our second kitchen, which is connected to the downstairs living space. This is the perfect family room to watch your favourite movies on our large smart TV and incredible sound system.

The home is run through 2 iPad, making it an easy to use, functional space. We will provide you with a house manual that shows you how to use all the functions of the home – it’s almost as easy as sending a text message!

Gerringong is only a 5-minute drive down the road, with some incredible pubs and places to eat (we would highly recommend Gerringong Pizza – The Ritz in particular is a favourite of mine) as well as The Hill Bar and dining (The Ginger Beer on tap and the fresh oysters are a massive hit)!

  • This is a family-friendly home and is not to be used for parties. We have security surveillance surrounding the property and only the number of guests are allowed to be on the property for the booking. If you wish to have any day visitors over (for example, a family lunch) – this must be approved in writing by us prior to allowing visitors into the home. Their ID’s must also be provided and they need to use the QR Code as per NSW Health Guidelines.

  •  Before accepting this booking, please be advised you will need to sign a contract with the managing agent Getawayz NSW. This will contain the STRA rules as well as these house rules stated here. A bond of $10,000 needs to be sent 48 hours prior to check-in and will be released to the booking holder after our housekeeping team complete the clean and report no damages have occurred to the property.

  • •   As per the new STRA rules in NSW, the booking holder acknowledges that they are liable for any damage that anyone in their booking has caused. This will be deducted from the bond and replace at retail value.

  • As per the new STRA rules in NSW, all ID’s of the people staying in the home must be provided, including any day visitors to the managing agent. As per the NSW Health Guidelines, all guests must use the QR code to check-in and out of the home incase of a COVID contact.

  • This home is not pet friendly. We do not allow pets of any nature

  • The booking holder or a responsible adult must supervise children at all times using the pool. The booking agency and the home owner take no liability for any accidents that occur in the pool area from children not being supervised, alcohol, or anything of that nature. 

  • The gate(s) must be closed at all times when not in use.

  • If the BBQ is used, there is an additional $50 surcharge ontop of the cleaning fee

  • Under no circumstances is the property to be used for events, functions or parties.

  • Under no circumstance are cars to be parked on the grass at the front of the property.

  • Under no circumstances are guest allowed to remove any of the homes contents from the property.




The Glass House Culburra BeachThe Glasshouse is an absolute beach front executive home available for holiday rental on the south coast NSW. Uninterrupted sea views, privacy and luxury.

  • Smoking is prohibited.

  • Linen and towels are not included in the tarrif below, but can be organised for an additional fee

  • Noisy, rowdy and/or intoxicated occupants will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

  • Let the host know if the BBQ base & hotplate need cleaning before the day of check-out. An additional charge of $50 applies or $30 if partly cleaned by guest.




Located above Jones Beach, this property features uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean and private stair access less than a minute’s walk to the beach. This large beach house offers accommodation for up to 8 people with the choice of four bedrooms, two of which share the stunning ocean vista. Wallys World on Jones Beach is the perfect seaside escape for up to 8 guests and has direct access to Jones beach. This stunning home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has numerous family rooms so that all the family can relax in comfort. The spacious lounge and bar space has wonderful ocean views and are the ideal spot to enjoy a cool drink on a warm sunny day. Through the kitchen and dining area is another family room at the back of the house with sofas, a large TV with connectivity to all your favorite streaming apps.

The flexible bedding configuration is ideal for an extended family or even two families holidaying together. There are four bedrooms upstairs with the main bathroom. Watch the sunrise from the main bedroom (because of course, you deserve the main bedroom) with a full ensuite bathroom.

Start the Coastal Walk at Jones Beach and head south past Cathedral Rocks, The Boneyard, and Bombo Beach to Kiama town center.
Kiama Golf Club (walking distance of approx. 1km from Wallys World at Jones Beach) is an 18 hole course with a clubhouse and bistro for good meals including pizza directly from a wood-fired pizza oven. Open 7 days for lunch and dinner there is also a courtesy bus.
Pristine Minnamurra River is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and all calm water activities.
Just south of Jones Beach in historic Kiama, you will find The Blowhole, Seafood Co-Op, The Old Fire Station Art Gallery, restaurants, cafes, and a multitude of stores selling great clothes, books, and homewares.
